Craig joined the club in March 2002 after scoring two goals in a trial against a Brentford XI side. He made 10 appearances before the season finished, scoring three goals.
The 2002/03 season saw Macca on top form throughout, bagging an incredible thirty-five goals in under fifty appearances after forming an impressive partnership with fellow striker Neville Roach. Macca also made appearances for the England Non-League team.
The 2003/04 season saw Craig in impressive form once again, scoring twenty-eight goals in fifty-five appearances.
His goalscoring earnt the explosive front man trials with many league clubs and Macca left the Camrose in May 2004 on a bosman transfer to join Conference side Stevenage Borough. |
